November 2022 Harvest Drive was an Extraordinary Success!

This past Thanksgiving, Harvest Drive, Inc, “changed the world” for more than 2200 food-insecure families in Broward County.  Thousands of volunteers packed and distributed 10,000 grocery bags filled with a week’s worth of non-perishable groceries and the fixings for a Thanksgiving dinner.  Thirteen distribution sites throughout the county were filled with school staff, students, community partners, and volunteers old and young, who came together to sort, pack, and distribute groceries.  Children of all ages learned the lessons of compassion and generosity by assisting students and their families with food and other necessities giving them hope to feed their souls.
